Autumn Farmers Market Santa Barbara
HAPPY SUNDAY!
I was amazed and delighted by the beauty of the 'bounty' at the farmers market this weekend.
We are so lucky to have a mostly 'certified organic' farmers market here not only once but twice a week. I savor the experience of buying directly from the people who have grown the food and what's more they always have suggestions for preparing something delicious.
Of the four seasons I love springtime and fall. I am always inspired by the cornucopia of colors and textures that the autumn harvests brings. I feel compelled to begin preparing, storing, creating and cooking. Gathering together and sharing with family and friends, what could be better than that? Is there a particular season that inspires you?
